Why Living Italy Was Created
Living Italy was born from a simple observation: international clients buying property in Italy were being asked to navigate several unconnected worlds at once — agents, lawyers, tax advisors, architects, banks — each speaking a different language, with no one accountable for the whole.
Our founders had spent years supporting foreign buyers and saw the same friction repeat: brilliant individual professionals, no unifying structure. So we built one. A single platform where real estate, legal, tax, restoration and relocation work as one coordinated engagement rather than a series of disconnected steps.
Just as importantly, we designed Living Italy to stay present after the purchase — through restoration, management and daily life in Italy — because an Italian project rarely ends at the signing.
